What made me procrastinate today?
This simple question helps you understand what truly drives your behavior and how to change it.
Self-awareness is the key to progress. It’s where transformation begins, especially in how you relate to the tasks you tend to avoid. When you learn to observe yourself without judgment or pressure, you create space for real change, new habits, and forward movement.
Ask yourself these questions:
Where in my body do I feel resistance or reluctance toward this task?
What was my first (and most honest) emotion when I thought about doing it?
What’s the worst-case scenario if I don’t do it?
And what could I do differently to make it easier to complete?
Then, take a moment to sit with your answers. They might show you how to adjust the task to make it more enjoyable or even reveal that it’s not worth doing at all.
